K&P.Group's criminal practice obtained compensation for non-pecuniary damage to a client who was illegally in custody

Due to a court error in qualifying a crime, K&P.Group's client was illegally in custody for more than 10 months.

The court of first instance estimated the moral damage caused at 350,000 rubles. But on appeal, K&P.Group lawyers managed to increase this amount to 612,000 rubles. Regina Bikkulova, a trainee lawyer and junior lawyer, participated in the trial.

This is not the first case in K&P.Group's practice when lawyers have managed to obtain such a large amount of compensation.
