The K&P.Group team protected the client from unfounded charges

The court of first instance found that the client of K&P.Group Law Firm was guilty of a particularly serious corruption crime.

The criminal practice team led by Deputy Director Alexey Potapov considered this decision unreasonable.

Attorney Alexey Potapov filed an appeal. The appellate court agreed with her arguments and overturned the first instance verdict.
