Vladimir Kochetov, Senior Partner at K&P.Group, participated in a meeting of the Commission for Cooperation with the Business Community and Legal Protection of Business of the Russian Bar Association

The following issues were considered at the meeting:

On the movement of a previously supported draft law that gives arbitration courts the right to suspend arbitration proceedings in the event of a preliminary investigation into a criminal case, the circumstances of which may be relevant for the consideration of this arbitration case.

On the Draft Methodology developed by the Government for indirectly assessing the potential number of citizens employed in the shadow sector of the economy, as well as determining the values of targets for identifying it.

On the introduction of the institution of registrar agents: improving the efficiency of interaction with regulatory authorities and the legal culture of business.
