Before bankruptcy, on behalf of its individual clients, the investment company transferred securities to the depot accounts of another investment company (a large broker/depositary) outside the pre-trial period. The arbitration manager tried to challenge these transactions and recover funds from the depositary and individuals.

The courts of first instance and appeal satisfied the claims of the arbitration manager, after which the depositary appealed to K&P.Group. The lawyers developed a legal position, which made it possible to defend the interests of the client in an unprecedentedly complex case.
