We replaced the monetary claim with the requirement to transfer real estate

In 2004, a K&P.Group client purchased a DDU property in an elite residential complex in Moscow. At the time of the developer's bankruptcy, the client requested that the DDU be included in the register of cash debts.

Thanks to the work of K&P.Group's lawyers, during the bankruptcy procedure, the developer was able to replace a monetary claim with a request to transfer an apartment. As a result, in 2020, a K&P.Group client received an apartment worth 35 times more than the DDU amount.
