We have succeeded in deleting a stolen scientific article
Content
A student at the Kutafin Moscow State Law Academy published a scientific article, the content of which almost completely coincides with the scientific article by our managing partner Igor Dmitrievich Ozersky. The student's article was published in an international scientific journal and posted on publicly available Internet resources, including eLIBRARY.ru and CyberLeninka.
In accordance with civil law, it is not allowed to reproduce and distribute the result of intellectual activity without the consent of the author.
To protect the violated rights, K&P.Group's intellectual property practice filed copyright claims to these organizations demanding that the student's scientific article be deleted.
In response to complaints, eLibrary.ru and CyberLeninka immediately responded and removed the plagged article from their resources. And an international scientific journal retracted the article, which indicated the reason for deletion — plagiarism.
