Nariman Huseynov began his professional career in the arbitration court system and continued with Russian consulting companies, providing comprehensive legal support to large businesses.

Nariman Huseynov specializes in legal support and representation in arbitration and civil proceedings in various categories of cases. He has experience in successfully representing clients in corporate, contractual and other commercial disputes, as well as in insolvency (bankruptcy) cases and intellectual property disputes.

Nariman Huseynov's project experience includes:

• comprehensive support for large-scale litigation arising from a corporate conflict between a large foreign holding company from an unfriendly jurisdiction and its Russian subsidiary;
• judicial protection of the interests of a legal entity in a corporate dispute over the withdrawal of unscrupulous participants from its membership;
• developing a position to reduce the penalty under the concession agreement in court proceedings at the ICAC under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation;
• protecting interests from unjustified review of judicial acts of three instances due to new and newly discovered circumstances;
• working with anti-sanctions Decrees of the President of the Russian Federation to protect the client's interests, including developing roadmaps for their practical application;
• interaction with tax authorities to register a foreign company in the Russian Federation;
• successful legal representation of the largest Russian marketplace in various categories of cases, including intellectual property disputes.
