As part of two tax audits, the client was charged more than 700 million rubles in tax arrears, penalties and fines. As part of lawsuits involving challenging decisions of the tax authority, at the request of lawyers, interim measures were taken in the form of suspending the contested decisions.

The adoption of interim measures in two cases at once prevented the client from becoming bankrupt. As a result of the trial, the amount of tax arrears was reduced by more than 50%.
