Prison sentence was commuted to a fine

A K&P.Group client was accused of taking a large bribe by a group of individuals and extorting extortion. The prosecutor's office requested 11 years in prison.

K&P. Group lawyers have been representing the client's interests since the criminal case was initiated: they prepared a defense strategy, participated in investigative actions, drafted petitions and complaints, participated in court hearings, and appealed against court decisions.

The court returned the case to investigators twice to eliminate the shortcomings found by K&P.Group's lawyers. The court fined 300,000 rubles instead of 11 years in prison.
