The retailer contacted K&P.Group to restructure the company's operations, fearing signs of artificial fragmentation.

Based on the results of an analysis of the company's activities, K&P.Group specialists developed a roadmap. The company was asked to structure business processes by type of activity where each participant has an independent type of activity: production, sales, advertising.
