We carried out a complex deal to purchase a land plot

A major developer requested to structure and support a transaction to purchase a plot of land with a total area of more than 20 hectares, as well as buildings in the Moscow Region.

K&P.Group lawyers conducted an initial audit of the land plot and buildings and structures located on it. Technical errors found during the audit in the documentation of real estate properties were corrected. After amendments were made to the Unified State Register of Real Estate, purchase and sale agreements were developed and approved, and control over the registration of the transfer of ownership was carried out.

Subsequently, K&P.Group lawyers took measures to prepare the land purchased by the client for new construction. As part of the measures, the demolished buildings were removed from the cadastral register due to cooperation with the BTI, Rosreestr, and cadastral engineers.

The work done by the K&P.Group team allowed the client to reduce the period between purchase and the start of construction by 2.5 times, which significantly reduced financial and time costs.
