During the audit, risks and restrictions were identified that could prevent the use of the land for the purposes intended by the client. As a result of negotiations with the seller, agreements were reached to prepare additional documents and establish an easement for the use of the land. A number of identified risks were minimized through negotiations and inclusion in the seller's assurances about the circumstances.
