They challenged the tax authority's act for 1 billion rubles

As a result of the field tax audit, an act was issued on the additional assessment of VAT and income tax in the amount of more than 1 billion rubles. According to the tax authority, the client created a formal document management process in order to obtain unjustified tax benefits in the form of illegal VAT deductions and reduce the income tax base.

The K&P.Group team challenged the tax act. The tax authority recognized the taxpayer's correctness and made a decision reducing the amount of arrears by 100%.
