We protected the ownership of Domodedovo Airport

The Federal Agency for State Property Management filed a lawsuit against Domodedovo Airport to deprivatize and recognize its ownership of the airport complex. The airport owner contacted K&P.Group after the case went through three instances. The courts satisfied the requirements of the Federal Agency for State Property Management.

The experts developed a new legal position and proved that the defendant reconstructed the airport complex for 30 billion rubles. In fact, the old complex has ceased to exist, and the Federal Agency for State Property Management cannot claim the new one.

The Supreme Arbitration Court overturned the lower courts' decisions and sided with the bureau's principal, the owner of Domodedovo Airport.
