We kept the client's monetary claims in the register

As part of the bankruptcy of the city-forming enterprise, the creditor's claims were included in the debtor's register. Subsequently, the debt was removed from the register at the request of other creditors.

K&P.Group's lawyers managed to overturn the decision of the court of first instance on appeal. The particular complexity of the case was that the creditor's lawyers did not present all the necessary evidence in the first instance. Thanks to a well-developed procedural position, the appellate court was able to attach a large amount of necessary documents confirming the validity of the debtor's debt to K&P.Group's client. It is important to note that an appeal only accepts new evidence in exceptional cases.
