We checked the assets for the construction of a large manufacturer's plant

In order to build a new production and warehouse complex, the client intended to acquire a company that owns land plots in the Moscow Region with properties located on them.

As a result of the analysis, K&P.Group specialists identified defects that could significantly complicate or make it impossible to use real estate for the client's purposes. Taking into account the significant risks identified by K&P.Group specialists, the client decided to withdraw from the deal. Instead of the initial asset, the client decided to purchase a plot of land and the company's plant located on it.

K&P.Group specialists conducted a legal review of real estate properties, which did not reveal significant risks. Subsequently, lawyers supported the transaction, including approval by a government commission.
