We represented a client under a FIDIC contract worth over 20 million euros

We represented the client in a major construction dispute between two foreign companies against a general contractor. The amount of claims arising from the FIDIC contract amounted to more than 20 million euros, with a counterclaim of a similar amount.

The dispute lasted more than 1.5 years, with three construction examinations conducted by international expert organizations. As a result of this work, a tribunal decision worth 20 million euros was obtained in favor of the plaintiff. The decision was enforced with the help of K&P.Group's partner in several jurisdictions where the defendant's assets are located, including the UK, Jersey and Seychelles.
