TsNIIMash, the parent institution of Roscosmos, demanded that the Federal Agency for State Property Management of the Moscow Region renew the right to lease a 56-hectare land plot with a cadastral value of more than 1.2 billion rubles indefinitely. There was no response.

TsNIIMash lawyers filed an application to declare the inaction of the Federal Agency for State Property Management illegal and obliged to conclude a lease agreement at a price of 15 rubles per hectare per year for 49 years.

The Moscow Arbitration Court granted the application in full. As a result, the rental rate for TsNIIMash was 840 rubles per year instead of 24 million rubles per year (2% of the cadastral value)
